Fire alarm system

The main purpose of any fire alarm system is to detect possible ignition in its initial stage and to give signal to the present people in the building, in which it is installed, so they promptly leave the building and fire extinguishing actions can be performed as soon as possible. The main elements are:

  • Fire Alarm Central Panel;
  • Fire Detectors (sensors) for detecting the parameters of the fire – smoke, heat, light or others.
  • Signal devices – sirens, flashing lights, etc.;
  • Actuators – relays or other devices designed to unlock the doors, activate or deactivate the ventilation, open smoke vents, stop installations and many others.
